It should be known that, besides a high school diploma, Martin J. Lara has no academic credentials and HE IS NOT a medical doctor. 

The purpose of this website is to sell his books directly to the consumer and to share very simple solutions to common maladies and serious health problems that were conveniently forgotten because of their non-lucrative nature. Common household products can solve many health problems if you know how to use them.

 Writing a self help book was the farthest thing from my mind. In the late 80’s, due to ill health a friend asked if I wanted to continue running his AIDS support group that met for two hours once a month and I accepted. Since the first day attendees asked for written information to take home and review. So a couple of pages of information were provided at first and slowly the number of pages increased and became a booklet. A few years later that booklet had turned into the priceless book that saved a lot of lives and my followers just Loved it.
NEWSWEEK Magazine mentioned me in their August 21, 1995 issue for teaching AIDS patients about the benefits of UROPATHY. In 1999 during an international conference held in Gersfeld, Germany the 400 attendees named me the most influential speaker. The same thing happened in Bello Horizonte, Brazil in 2003 with 700 attendees. I am humbled thinking about the number of people who are living healthier lives because of the sacrifices made since I started lecturing in the late 80’s, over 40 years ago,  

 The name UROPATHY was used by a doctor in a newspaper article referring to the therapeutic benefits of urine and I used it as the title of my book. Auto-Therapy is a fascinating, all natural technique that has been used instinctively by animals and insects for as long as there has been life in our world but it was not recognized as a powerful healing modality until the first decade of the 19th century. That is when a Mechanical Engineer named Charles H. Duncan chose to become a veterinarian and medical doctor and started practicing medicine. In simple terms he stated that…
